The room was really lovely. I especially liked how the bed and the desk area felt 'separated' by the cabinet the TV was on, and the TV could be turned to face in any direction. I felt very comfy and 'at home'. The bed was in a great spot, away from outside walls. I hardly heard any downtown street noise and I slept GREAT.

There was nothing I didn't like... except maybe having to pay extra for internet. And I personally prefer to have spa facilites located in the hotel. But I have no idea about running a hotel, so I don't know how viable these things are.

the staff were great and had excellent recommendations for places to eat.. even though my husband and i used to live in vancouver, we discovered two new excellent restaurants nearby!

We loved the spacious room and the great location, just 2 blocks from the train station and very near Gas Town. The hotel was within walking distance of the convention centre, Waterfront train station, and many excellent downtown dining places. The staff were fantastic, welcoming, and understanding towards children.

Central located Hotel with easy access from Airport via Canada Train Line. Walking distance to Canada Place, shopping centres and Waterfront. Suites are very comfortable and spacious. Great Beds and good pillow service.

The room was too hot. We could never get the ac to cool the room down, even after maintenance came.

Fairly clean place with knowledgeable staff and incredibly beautiful view of the harbor. Particularly good location a 10-15 minute walk from Gastown. Also, to the shops in Robson Street. A really nice stay on vacation.

The hotel is located in a residential area, but still close to downtown and a beach. The staff was friendly and helpful.The rooms were simple but clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, including a kitchenette with a fridge and microwave.The breakfast was delicious, and there were even complimentary drinks at the pool.
